Job Overview:
As a **Relationship Manager**, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners. Your role will involve understanding client needs, ensuring excellent service, and driving business growth through relationship-building and strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Business Growth: Identify new opportunities for business expansion through client referrals and upselling services.
Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Customer Engagement: Regularly interact with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Problem Resolution: Handle client issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Market Analysis: Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Reporting & Insights: Maintain client interaction records, analyze data, and provide reports on customer engagement and business growth.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in relationship management, client servicing, or sales roles.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
Sales & Business Acumen: Understanding of sales strategies, customer needs, and business development.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis for client insights.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client concerns and provide effective solutions proactively.
