Job Title: Instrument Calibration Training Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs focused on the calibration and qualification of critical instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-depth training on the calibration of laboratory and process instruments, including temperature, pressure, flow meters, balances, HPLC/GC systems.
  • Guide participants on preventive maintenance practices to ensure instrument reliability and performance.
  • Train personnel on the proper use and handling of reference standards during calibration activities.
  • Ensure understanding and application of cGMP, ISO, and regulatory documentation requirements for calibration and maintenance records.
  • Develop customized modules on corrective action planning, deviation handling, and troubleshooting in calibration processes.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and assessments for real-world application.
  • Customize training programs to meet industry-specific requirements in medical devices, pharma, biotech, and automotive sectors.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in instrument calibration and training.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO, and regulatory guidelines.
