Job Title

Linux Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Linux Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Linux system administration, including user management, file systems, networking, and process management.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions across hybrid environments
  • Manage on-premises Ubuntu systems while seamlessly integrating with Microsoft Azure cloud services
  • Configure and optimize Ubuntu servers for high availability and performance in on-premises data centers
  • Implement and manage containerization solutions using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (preferred), Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or Site Reliability Engineering roles
  • Strong experience with Ubuntu Linux system administration
  • Advanced knowledge of Ubuntu system administration, including user management, file systems, networking, and process management
  • Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash) and the Python programming language
  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure integration with on-premises Ubuntu systems
