AI Software Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned AI Software Development Lead to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions across various projects. This role will be responsible for guiding technical teams in designing, developing, and deploying AI technology stacks from concept to production.

This position requires strong technical leadership skills, as well as expertise in AI/ML development, generative AI workflows, and large language models. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML, and a strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

The successful candidate will also have hands-on experience with API development using Flask or Django, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and version control systems (e.g., Git). Additionally, they will possess knowledge of advanced prompt engineering techniques and experience in AI workflow automation and model orchestration.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience:
  • - 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with 1+ years of experience in AI/ML
  • - Expertise in Generative AI and LLMs
  • Skills:
  • - Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
