This job would entail you to do things on your own and with passion. The ideal candidate would do the work for fun. Required Skills & Competencies 1. Technical Skills Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Backend: Java, Python, .NET, PHP, Node.js, Ruby, or Go Frontend: JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, etc.). Experience with API development and integration (REST, SOAP, GraphQL). Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket. 2. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Strong logical reasoning and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Software Development Methodologies Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes. 4. Communication & Teamwork Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
