Key Role: AI Software Architect

We seek an innovative, impact-driven individual to design and develop scalable software solutions for meaningful societal challenges using strong software engineering skills.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will lead the development of efficient software solutions using large language models (LLMs), drive data-driven experimentation, and foster collaboration within cross-functional teams.

  • Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain scalable software solutions.
  • Leverage extensive knowledge about LLMs to create intelligent solutions for content understanding and user engagement in various domain areas.
  • Drive A/B testing, advanced analytics, and statistical techniques to identify growth opportunities and refine algorithms.
  • Develop and optimize pipelines, tools, and infrastructure.
  • Mentor team members and foster a high-performance culture within cross-functional teams.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in AI and machine learning and integrate them to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.

7-8 years of hands-on technical experience with coding in languages such as C, Golang, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.

Proficiency in embedding models, query models, and leveraging multi-modal, multi-channel inputs.

Familiarity with LLMs, RAG-based architectures, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Experience in leveraging data modeling, database management, and data storage in vector stores, file containers, graph databases, and relational structures.

MLOps practices, including ML lifecycle orchestration, model deployment, and packaging models as Docker containers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree (PhD/MS) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

Hands-on experience in growth engineering, driving improvements in user satisfaction, and personalization strategies.
