We're seeking a seasoned expert in health economics and outcomes research to join our global team as a Senior Global HEOR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Market Access Preparedness: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and plans that ensure timely market access for our pipeline and launch products.
  • Demonstrate Value: Utilize Health Economics and Outcomes Research expertise to inform market access decision-making and demonstrate the value of our diabetes products.
  • Secure Reimbursement: Develop economic value arguments to address payer needs and secure reimbursement for our products, ultimately driving broader market access.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field such as health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or statistics/biostatistics
  • Documented training in health economics or outcomes research
  • More than six years of experience in health economics and health outcomes research, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy
  • A strong scientific publication track record, with publications in peer-reviewed manuscripts
  • Effective Communication and stakeholder management skills
