Global Health Economics Leader

We are seeking a Senior Global HEOR Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of health economics and outcomes research strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategy and plans to contribute to market access preparedness for pipeline and launch products.
- Provide strategic inputs in market access decision making, address fundamental payer needs, and build economic value arguments to secure reimbursement and broader market access.
- Drive HEOR strategy for Novo Nordisk Diabetes pipeline products in collaboration with the DK team.
- Support the Diabetes access team in driving business growth.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in an appropriate field such as health economics or outcomes research, epidemiology, or statistics/biostatistics.
- Documented training in health economics or outcomes research.
- More than six years of experience in health economics and health outcomes research, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy.
- Scientific publication track record (in peer-reviewed manuscripts) is preferable.
- Effective communication skills.
- Stakeholder management (both within BLR & DK).
