Job Title: Luxury Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to oversee and execute high-end construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality developments with a strong focus on quality, precision, and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day site activities ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality execution of civil works such as finishing masonry waterproofing and structural elements.
  • Coordinate with consultants contractors vendors and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain site records including work progress reports material consumption and quality inspections.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings construction plans and technical specifications.
  • Ensure proper implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.
  • Support project planning scheduling and ensure milestones are achieved within constraints.
  • Maintain strict compliance with regulations and site protocols.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues on-site proactively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • [2–5] years of relevant experience in interior execution preferably for luxury/high-end residential commercial or hospitality projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of interior construction methods materials and quality standards.
  • Proficient in site measurements estimation and resource management.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD MS Office or similar tools.
  • Strong interpersonal coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
