Senior Collections Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Key Accounts Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive collection plans to achieve revenue targets and improve customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and prioritize high-value accounts to minimize defaults and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share best practices and leverage expertise to improve overall performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on collection activities, successes, and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in collections or sales roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
