Job Title: Pre Primary Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre Primary Coordinator to join our team at Vibgyor Group of Schools.

Job Summary

The Pre Primary Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various activities and functions within the school to ensure smooth operations and effective implementation of education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Academic Operations:
    • Ensure equipment is available to teachers and confirm its return.
    • Maintain records of updated curriculum versions and instructions.
    • Conduct and monitor curriculum workshops, ensuring plans are available to teachers.
    • Monitor record keeping of support programs.
    • Ensure charts on soft boards are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Provide regular feedback on lesson plans and theme progress.
    • Seek approvals for field trips, changes in books, and period allocations.
    • Ensure relevant content for social media promotion and drafting of circulars and newsletters.
    • Implement HR policies and processes as per guidelines.
    • Plan special days and events as per guidelines.
    • Plan and coordinate events such as parent orientation, PTA, PTM, field trips, sports day, and annual concert.
  • Administration Operations:
    • Obtain information from the admission department about new students.
    • Ensure distribution of notebooks and textbooks to students.
    • Liaison with the admin team to address classroom and staffroom issues.
    • Take charge of reshuffling classrooms and allotment of storage areas and lockers.
    • Maintain discipline on school premises.
    • Intimate parents about disciplinary slips issued to students.
    • Conduct surprise checks and audits.
    • Coordinate and attend parents' appointments and queries.
