As a Business Executive, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational performance of franchise partners across sales, design, and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with franchise partners to optimize their sales funnel, enhancing conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of 12-15 projects per month, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the work output of partner teams across multiple locations, promoting productivity, efficiency, and team collaboration.
  • Support partners in hiring and onboarding new team members through technical interviews and assessments, focusing on skills development and cultural alignment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance designers' skills and capabilities in delivering sales and design outputs, aligned with business objectives.
  • Foster strong customer relationships and experiences, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and collecting feedback to improve services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market insights and inform business decisions, ensuring alignment with company strategies.
  • Guide and manage coordination with vendors and business partners to ensure successful project outcomes, meeting customer expectations, and driving business results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business management, leadership, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with franchise partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
