As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving sustainable growth for our business. You will be responsible for partnering with commercial teams to deliver exceptional performance and creating opportunities for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Partner with commercial teams to drive franchise business growth through timely closure of commercial arrangements
  2. Support contract execution, updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  3. Enable AOP delivery on volume, NSV, and pricing
  4. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing
  5. Follow up with partners for payment collection and monitor overdue payments
  6. Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with contracts
  7. Validate partner-reported data and highlight any discrepancies
  8. Assist DBSI with franchise partner account management, including payment reconciliation and clearing of entries
  9. Act as a query response mechanism for the DBSI team, providing business context for timely resolution of queries
  10. Prepare finance committee and/or executive committee documents (e.g., Franchise BPM)
  11. Fulfill various ad hoc reporting requirements
  12. Work closely with internal finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure smooth operational execution
  13. Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for all commercial and contract-related activities
  14. External and Internal Audit Liaison

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP
