We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director with exceptional leadership and strategic vision to drive our creative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the entire creative department, overseeing graphic design, video production, copywriting, meme creation, voiceovers, post-production, and narrative framing.
  • Take ownership of all creative deliverables, ensuring they meet campaign goals, tone, quality, and deadlines.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing creative team with clarity, discipline, and inspiration.
  • Set creative direction and align daily operations with campaign priorities and timelines.
Creative Strategy & Content Development
  • Develop the campaigns creative identity, content language, and approach to digital storytelling.
  • Establish and oversee the campaigns narrative framing strategy.
  • Guide and approve static content (posters, carousels), video content (reels, shorts, edits), meme content, and script-based materials.
  • Translate campaign briefs and strategy inputs into engaging, audience-specific creative formats.
Workflow Management & Quality Control
  • Lead the creative production pipeline end-to-end from concept to execution to delivery.
  • Oversee task allocation, turnaround timelines, approvals, workflow, and quality control.
  • Prioritize content based on campaign urgency, trends, performance feedback, and narrative shifts.
Innovation & Political Thought Leadership
  • Introduce creative innovations based on audience behavior, digital trends, political moments, and political thought leadership.
  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms and content formats.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading high-performing creative teams, driving innovative campaigns, and ensuring seamless project execution.
