Job Overview
As a Fashion Designer for Men's Ethnic Wear, you will be responsible for conceptualizing seasonal collections that blend tradition with contemporary design. This role requires strong knowledge of Indian textiles, embroidery, and surface ornamentation, as well as creative sketching and design proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop seasonal men's ethnic wear collections
- Conduct market research and forecast trends in ethnic menswear
- Select fabrics, trims, and embroideries aligned with brand positioning
- Create sketches, tech packs, and coordinate with sampling units
- Collaborate with merchandisers, artisans, and production teams to bring designs to life
- Innovate silhouettes that balance tradition with modernity
- Oversee fittings, styling, and presentation of final garments

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design
- 2–5 years of experience in menswear or ethnic fashion design
- Portfolio demonstrating creative ethnic wear collections
- Strong knowledge of Indian textiles, embroidery, and surface ornamentation
- Creative sketching and design proficiency
- Trend forecasting and color story development
- Fabric sourcing and technical garment construction knowledge
- Team collaboration and time management skills
