Customer Support Representative

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in international voice processes (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and nights, with adaptability and resilience.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
