Job Title:
Cobol Developer Role in Banking Domain

The position is responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing COBOL applications to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities include writing, testing, and debugging COBOL code for batch and online processing, modifying existing applications to improve efficiency or add new features, creating and maintaining JCL scripts, designing and developing DB2 queries, working with VSAM files, developing CICS-based applications, and participating in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements include experience as a Mainframe Cobol Developer, knowledge of JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, IMS, Agile software development methodologies, and banking domain expertise.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong communication skills.
