Product Development Leader

As a seasoned product development expert, you will lead the creation of innovative and high-quality products for the beauty and personal care market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to set product development priorities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in product development with at least 5-7 years in a senior or executive leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of the beauty and personal care market, including consumer trends, regulatory requirements, and RD processes.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams, including RD, marketing, sourcing, and manufacturing.
  • Strong ability to drive innovation in product formulation and design, with a keen eye for emerging trends and market demands.
  • In-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape for beauty and personal care products, including safety, claims, and certification processes.
