Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist Lead

This role is a key component of our Product Stewardship organization. The successful candidate will have expertise in ensuring marketability of our products in regulated countries, specifically in EMEA.

About the Role:

  • Develop and manage registration projects that align with our global registration strategy.
  • Plan, prepare, and submit substance registration dossiers.
  • Advise on chemical regulatory requirements and provide input on potential strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with EU/UK national associations and support REACH authority activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute REACH-like registration projects to ensure compliance with worldwide chemical regulations.
  • Liaise with Sales and other business functions to advise on chemical regulatory requirements.
  • Manage consortia representation under REACH-like regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with a chemistry background.
  • Strong understanding of international chemical regulations, including REACH.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as part of an international team.
