At a leading organization, we are looking for an Urgent Search Associate to join our digital product management team.

About the Role

This position is part of our Enterprise Comms Enablement Transformation (ECET) team, which sits under ECMX and is responsible for providing digital best-in-class customer experience globally.

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities that impact front-end user-focused applications.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills to track and monitor defects during UAT and ensure they are resolved promptly.
  • They will also be responsible for preparing testing-related documentation and identifying potential risks.
  • Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing status reports, recommending actions, and escalating appropriately.

Candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university and excellent understanding of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data management.

BASIC understanding of XMLs, JSON, Postman and 2-3 years of previous experience in User Acceptance Testing Quality Assurance (QA) role are required.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, BASIC coding experience to find automation opportunities and create Test automation frameworks using selenium, Jscript are essential.

Well-versed with SDLC, Agile methodology, and tools like JIRA, Rally, Confluence are preferred qualifications.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and implement time management strategies to ensure deadlines are met with minimum support.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners, gaining insight into the process and opportunities.
  • Proven self-starter with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to assess risks, impacts, or implications to operations areas or the customer.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sense of urgency, commitment to deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Ability to flex work schedule to meet project demands.
Requirements
  • Candidate should have 2-3 years of previous experience in User Acceptance Testing Quality Assurance (QA) role.
  • BASIC understanding of XMLs, JSON, Postman.
  • Excellent understanding of MS Excel, PowerPoint, ability to manage data and translate it into meaningful reports.
