Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Director-Legal and legal team to craft and negotiate complex contracts.

A Day in the Life

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate agreements with US healthcare providers, payers, and pharma companies.
  • Negotiate intricate procurement and partnership agreements with US entities.
  • Negotiate procurement agreements with India vendors.
  • Provide expert opinions on company policies and processes.
  • Conduct regulatory research and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with external counsel on contracts, compliance, disputes, and IP-related matters.
  • Drive efficiency in contracting and other legal processes.

What You Need

  • Draft and negotiate IT contracts, including software licenses, SAAS, and IT consulting services for US clients.
  • Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceuticals industry is preferred.
  • Somewhat familiar with legal research and compliance.
