Financial Planning and Analysis Manager">

Seeking an accomplished Financial Planning and Analysis professional to lead the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, optimized solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
  • Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manages team workload and assignments for AMS and Optimization Projects
  • Ensure delivery meets quality standards, provides measurable ROI.
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 plus years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required)
