US Individual Taxation Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to join our fast-growing US Individual Tax team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to work with global clients, lead client discussions, and deliver quality tax solutions.

About the Role

  • Review and manage US Individual Tax Returns (1040, 1040NR, State Filings)
  • Handle complex tax scenarios, including FBAR, FATCA, 3520, 3520A, 5471, 8865
  • Lead client discussions, ensure compliance, and deliver quality tax solutions
  • Mentor and guide team members, ensuring timely delivery during peak seasons
  • Represent clients in front of the IRS with POA when required

Key Responsibilities

  • 8–12 years of US Individual Tax experience (with reviewer-level exposure)
  • Strong client-handling and communication skills
  • EA Certification is highly preferred
  • Ability to work in US shift (Jan–Apr, Sep–Oct); 2 PM – 11 PM in off-season
  • Permanent Work from Office (Bangalore / Udupi)
