
New Seller Success Management Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead new seller acquisition and success on our marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing effective mechanisms to drive critical business metrics in collaboration with the wider team and partner/stakeholder teams.

Our marketplace offers over 2 million sellers across 10 countries, relying on them to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth's largest selection and lowest prices.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously analyze data to identify areas for improvement, prioritize opportunities, and drive results-oriented strategies
- Set up performance tracking systems, manage through obstacles, and achieve objectives by leveraging cross-functional interactions and strong analytical skills
- Communicate performance insights, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas to drive long-term benefits
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance competing priorities across stakeholders to drive strategy adoption
- Develop and implement internal mechanisms and seller-facing tools that drive measurable outcomes
- Gain support for strategic initiatives from stakeholders by crafting compelling narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience analyzing complex data sets and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Proven track record leading stakeholder engagements and presentations with senior leaders
- Experience managing high-performing teams and driving process improvements
- Ability to independently determine charter and drive results in fast-changing environments
- Strong analytical, mediation, and problem-resolution skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions
