  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with new clients, working to understand their organizational goals and challenges to provide them with effective and valuable solutions.\
  • Strategic Selling: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the unique value proposition of our products/services to key decision-makers.\
  • Sales Activity Management: Meticulously track and manage sales activities and pipeline progress using the company's CRM system.\
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and effectively position our offerings.\
  • Achievement of Targets: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales quotas and objectives.\

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in sales and business development.\
  • Education: B.Tech and MBA (preferred).\
  • Behavioral Skills: Confident, CXO conversationalist, go-getter attitude, ability to take risk, collaborative.\
