About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and handle various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial processing, overseeing all aspects of accounting operations.
  • HR Functions: Handle payroll, employee records, and compliance tasks efficiently, providing exceptional support to our team members.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise records using Zoho Books / Payroll / People and QuickBooks, ensuring seamless tracking and analysis.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and support audits as needed, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Timely Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts and HR tasks, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in accounting and HR functions, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books / Payroll / People and QuickBooks, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
