International Audit Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned audit professional, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and motivate a team of managers, assistant managers, executives, and audit assistants in delivering high-quality work. You will be responsible for managing and supervising the execution of external audit engagements for various clients, including large-scale multi-location assignments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Audit Execution: Manage and supervise the execution of external audit engagements of various clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of managers, assistant managers, executives, and audit assistants to deliver high-quality work.
  • Career Development: Assist with the career development of team members and work with other managers to ensure proper deployment of the audit staff.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, adapting to changed work environments at different clients/locations.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel as required.

  • Strong Coordination Skills: Ability to work with international teams across time zones.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in supporting international audit engagements in collaboration with global teams.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
