Production Support Analyst Role

About Us:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Support Analyst to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Production Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our production environment.

Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues and ensuring that our systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to business users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 9+ years of experience in a similar production support role.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Unix, VB, Powerquery, and Python.
  • Experience with monitoring/job scheduling tools like Control-M.
  • Knowledge of incident management processes.
  • Working experience with ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • Regulatory reporting experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-driven with high accountability standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including India and UK shifts.
