  • Collaboration with service staff, kitchen, and management is essential for smooth operations and achieving high standards of service excellence.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting reception/host area is crucial in creating a positive first impression and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable personality is vital for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary for managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
