**Job Title:** Senior Lead Engineer

Job Description:

As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in developing high-quality software and delivering innovative solutions that transform the customer experience.

The Role:
  1. Develop quality software by applying software engineering principles and best practices.
  2. Emphasize first-time right development, automation, reusability, maintainability, and secure coding in daily work.
  3. Create holistic designs for development using a test-driven approach to ensure reusability and extensibility of capabilities in future versions.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project scope, estimate timelines, and design features/epics.
  5. Implement architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of products.
  6. Take ownership while working in a SAFe Agile model with other developers, BAs, and architects to meet end business and performance goals.
  7. Drive conversations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivered software meets business objectives and has the highest quality.
  8. Participate in code reviews (self and team) and suggest fixes for defects/design issues identified.
  9. Ensure on-time delivery of product features according to the product roadmap.
  10. Support issue analysis/triaging, provide fixes during test phases, and resolve production issues to meet key Product SLAs.
  11. Conduct thorough unit testing and participate in transitioning application components to testers.
  12. Present and highlight features in product demos to wider audiences/customers.
Requirements:

  • Willingsness to work across time zones and with remote teams.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Java/.Net/Oracle/SQL and web services software architecture and design (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with cloud applications including DevOps, deployment, Jenkins, and Jira.
  • Experience in RESTful webservices & API framework, OAS3 APIs.
