Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- HR Operations & Generalist Tasks
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS databases as necessary.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Employee Engagement & Events
- Organize internal employee events, team-building activities, birthdays, and celebrations to foster a positive work environment.
- Cultivate an inclusive and employee-friendly office culture that promotes collaboration and productivity.
- Analyze feedback from employees and implement initiatives to boost morale and engagement.
- Internal Communication & PR
- Manage internal communication channels to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information.
- Contribute to social media content creation and posting for HR and employer branding purposes.
- Liaise with external agencies or vendors to coordinate events and public relations activities.
