The workplace team is accountable for managing the end-to-end property lifecycle for corporate office portfolios across 50 plus countries and over 100 diverse locations.
The Global Workplace team sits within the People, Culture and Communications entity. The team comprises global Subject Matter Experts and Regional delivery teams who work together to develop and deliver services and solutions complemented by service partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely and accurate completion of workplace HSSE reporting requirements and administer systems accordingly.
- Analyse safety data to support effective learning processes and identify trends.
- Lead management of cyber risk and support contract compliance activities.
- Manage HSSE reporting in IRIS and other systems, ensuring setup meets workplace needs.
- Analyse safety data to support effective learning processes.
- Fulfill Cyber Ambassador role, developing and implementing an annual engagement programme.
- Manage driving safety database for Workplace, ensuring compliance and management reporting.
- Administer safety management system procedures, conducting document reviews on time.
