- Our organization seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee Corporate Interior/Fitout projects.
- Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, and scheduling project activities while monitoring progress, quality, and site safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- The selected candidate will review designs and quantity take-offs in consultation with associate consultants for value engineering and finalization.
- They will assist clients in onboarding consultants as per project requirements.
- Successful applicants will liaise with stakeholders to collate design briefs and manage deliverables.
- Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies is a critical aspect of the role.
- Project Managers will coordinate with base-builders during design development and track deliverables.
- Regular reporting to clients/consultants is essential.
- Effective management of contracts and vendors is crucial for smooth project execution.
- Stakeholders must be supervised, and any anticipated deviations from agreed parameters notified.
- Project Managers will prepare and review work measurements, certification of bills, invoicing, and receivables of associated vendors.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of successful construction experience, preferably in Corporate Interiors.
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience or equivalent.
- Independently handling a project with complete pre-construction, construction & post-construction scope is necessary.
- A strong understanding of project design, tendering, budgeting, planning, and construction processes is required.
- Working knowledge of construction standards, methods, assemblies, plans, specifications, regulations, and codes is necessary.
- Working knowledge of accepted accounting principles and project cost-accounting practices is essential.
- Project management certification and professional memberships are optional but highly valued.
