  • Stakeholders must be supervised, and any anticipated deviations from agreed parameters notified.
  • Project Managers will prepare and review work measurements, certification of bills, invoicing, and receivables of associated vendors.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of successful construction experience, preferably in Corporate Interiors.
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience or equivalent.
  • Independently handling a project with complete pre-construction, construction & post-construction scope is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of project design, tendering, budgeting, planning, and construction processes is required.
  • Working knowledge of construction standards, methods, assemblies, plans, specifications, regulations, and codes is necessary.
  • Working knowledge of accepted accounting principles and project cost-accounting practices is essential.
  • Project management certification and professional memberships are optional but highly valued.
