Senior Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with data modeling, data ingestion, and data quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Modeling: Develop and maintain scalable and reusable data models using dbt (Data Build Tool).
  • Data Ingestion: Collaborate with data engineers to ingest and transform data from various sources.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across all datasets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with analysts and business teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Testing Frameworks: Implement and maintain data testing frameworks to validate pipeline integrity.
  • Query Optimization: Optimize SQL queries and data transformations for performance and scalability.
  • Code Maintenance: Maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines for analytics codebases.
  • Pipeline Monitoring: Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and models in production.

Requirements:

  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with Looker or Domo tools.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI development.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Development Tools: Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
