Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our post-trade processing systems. This is a key role that will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements and define product features.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trade lifecycle, asset classes, and regulatory requirements. They will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, leading integration efforts, and ensuring alignment with industry standards.

In this role, you will work closely with business, operations, and technology teams to drive automation and straight-through processing (STP) initiatives. You will also manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in Agile environments, with tools like JIRA and Confluence. A deep understanding of Broadridge platforms, including Impact, Gloss, and BR Trade Processing, is essential. Additionally, familiarity with SWIFT messaging, DTCC, Euroclear, Clearstream, and Omgeo CTM is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the product roadmap for Broadridge-based post-trade processing systems
  • Collaborating with business, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and define product features
  • Leading integration and enhancement efforts across Broadridge modules
  • Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Driving automation and STP initiatives using Broadridge capabilities
  • Managing product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Conducting gap analysis, impact assessments, and UAT coordination
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of years of experience working across multiple teams and functions to ensure alignment
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Financial Products (preferable)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills along with managing complex projects' backlog
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology and software development lifecycle
  • Microsoft software skills (Office, co-pilot)
  • Gitlab and SQL knowledge
  • Proven ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment focuses on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Strong working knowledge of Broadridge platforms (Impact, Gloss, BR Trade Processing)
  • Deep understanding of trade lifecycle across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
  • Experience with post-trade operations including confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with SWIFT messaging, DTCC, Euroclear, Clearstream, and Omgeo CTM
