Job Title: Strategic Transformation Leader

As a Senior Vice President of Transformation, you will spearhead strategic and operational transformation across our P&C insurance business in North America, the UK, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transformation Leadership: Lead the Transformation Office with full accountability for driving process excellence and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects.
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Operational Excellence: Embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains.
  • Process Optimization: Re-engineer inefficient processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Platform Modernization: Oversee the selection and implementation of core platforms across regions.
  • Data Strategy: Build a unified data strategy to support pricing, risk modeling, fraud detection, and customer insights across markets.
  • AI Enablement: Identify and scale AI use cases such as intelligent underwriting, claims triage, document processing, and virtual assistants.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across Solutions, Delivery, IT, Underwriting, Claims, and Compliance.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within Insurance Industry preferably P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organization.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong command of operational governance models and performance management systems. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
