Accounting Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to excel in generating and sending invoices, monitoring accounts for timely collection of outstanding balances, and reconciling discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Produce accurate invoices to customers in accordance with U.S. GAAP standards.
  2. Maintain accurate records of all A/R transactions by diligently monitoring accounts.
  3. Resolve billing issues, communicate effectively with customers regarding payments, and reconcile discrepancies.
  4. Review and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  5. Process payments to vendors, ensuring adherence to payment terms and schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather and organize information, proficiency in invoicing and accounting software, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
