Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client objectives and align them with our product solutions to drive their success.
  • Prepare detailed briefs for implementation, outlining solutioning and workflow processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features, services, and solutions.
  • Lead implementation projects for clients, driving project management best practices to ensure timely delivery and scope adherence.
  • Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers, monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk.
  • Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product.
Requirements
  • Good first principle thinker.
  • Understanding of supply chain principles and operations in detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consulting role within a Supply Chain, SaaS or tech-driven company.
  • Experience in managing projects and working in a collaborative environment.
