Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of growing product departments and obtaining mandates from top banks and financial institutions.

  1. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  2. Finalize commercial terms for mandates in consultation with vertical heads, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  3. Coordinate with execution teams to execute mandates within agreed timelines, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
  4. Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely submission of reports and invoices, and providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Collect payments for mandates generated and maintain sectoral knowledge, staying up-to-date on market trends and developments.
  6. Keep bankers updated on new research reports and insights published by the organization, facilitating knowledge sharing and networking opportunities.
  7. Achieve targets set for the timeline, demonstrating a results-driven approach to business development.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in business development for advisory reports, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Strong connections with PSU and Private Banks, with a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a pleasing personality that fosters trust and confidence with clients.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development in the financial domain, with a proven track record of success.
