About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Wire Bonding Expert. As part of our semiconductor assembly and test operations in Gujarat, India, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and validating wire bonding processes.

This role requires strong expertise in gold, copper, and aluminum wire bonding, as well as the ability to troubleshoot equipment and design tooling/window clamps. You will also be expected to train and guide local teams and serve as the subject matter authority for all wire bonding issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize wire bonding processes
  • Troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues
  • Design and develop tooling and window clamps
  • Train and mentor local teams
  • Serve as subject matter expert for wire bonding issues

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in wire bonding and OSAT/semiconductor packaging
  • Strong process and equipment troubleshooting expertise
  • Knowledge of 4M framework (Man, Material, Machine, Method)
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams
