Job Title: Visa Application Specialist for European Markets
\We are seeking a highly skilled Visa Application Specialist to manage end-to-end visa application processes for European countries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external authorities to ensure seamless and timely visa approvals.
\Key Responsibilities

- Manage visa applications from initial consultation to approval.\
- Collect, verify, and prepare required documents as per country-specific visa guidelines.\
- Maintain updated knowledge of embassy/consulate rules, timelines, and checklists.\
- Coordinate with clients for missing documents, clarifications, and timely submissions.\
- Handle visa appointment bookings, biometrics, and interview scheduling.\
- Liaise with embassies, VFS, consultants, and other visa facilitation agencies.\
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.\
- Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.\
- Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues proactively.\
- Support internal teams with visa-related queries.\
- Develop and implement efficient visa application processes to meet business objectives.\
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex visa application issues.\
- Stay up-to-date with changing visa regulations and requirements.\
- Analyze and report on visa application trends and metrics.\
- Implement effective communication strategies to keep clients informed throughout the visa application process.\
- Ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting business targets.\

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with exposure to European countries.\
- Strong understanding of visa categories, country-specific requirements, and documentation.\
- Experience in handling business/work permits, dependent, and tourist visas.\
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.\
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.\
- Proficiency in MS Office and visa tracking tools.\
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.\
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.\
- Ability to travel occasionally to European countries.\
- Professional certification in visa processing or a related field is a plus.\
