We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our patient analytics efforts.

  • This role will involve leading end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient analytics, including scoping, planning, and delivery.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing claims data to provide strategic insights, such as patient journey mapping, adherence trends, and segmentation.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the development of Tableau dashboards and other visual tools to support client decision-making.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships is also crucial for this role.
  • Mentorship and developing team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth, are also key responsibilities.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management).
  • At least 6 years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations is required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements is essential.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are necessary for success.
  • Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications is a plus.
