Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversight of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
  2. Maintenance of target cost-per-acquisition per qualified lead.
  3. Achievement of minimum 4:1 return on advertising spend across all campaigns.
Core Tasks:
  • Cross-platform retargeting deployment with comprehensive pixel tracking across customer touchpoints.
  • Development of lookalike audiences based on highest-value client profiles.
  • Creation of multi-stage retargeting funnels with target conversion rates exceeding 30%.
Content Creation:
  • Management of Instagram posts and stories emphasizing visual storytelling and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Execution of daily Twitter thread strategies, real-time engagement, and industry conversation leadership.
  • Coordination of monthly case study videos, executive interviews, and technical educational content on YouTube.
  • Publishing of 2-3 SEO-optimized articles weekly on the blog.
SEO & Organic Growth Strategy:
  • Comprehensive website audits and optimization initiatives.
  • Improvement of Core Web Vitals scores and overall page speed performance.
  • Implementation of schema markup for enhanced search engine result page visibility.
Analytics & Performance Reporting:
  • Delivery of comprehensive weekly reporting on key performance indicators with actionable insights.
  • Conduct of monthly cohort analysis and customer acquisition cost optimization.
  • Performance of quarterly strategic reviews with data-driven growth recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years progressive experience in B2B technology marketing or digital agency environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving 5x or greater growth in previous marketing roles.
  • Startup experience preferred, ideally with Series A-C stage technology companies.
  • Agency background with understanding of client services business models.
