Finance Strategy and Compliance Manager

  • Drive financial strategy to deliver accurate reporting in a fast-paced Fintech environment.
  • Support month/quarter/year-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop multi-dimensional profitability models for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Strategy: Drive annual operational planning and revenue reviews at multiple levels. Perform variance analysis and prepare management presentations with actionable insights.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure complete and accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to regulators. Handle vendor, client, and international transactions including cross-border compliance.
  • Operational Finance: Manage Accounts Receivables, Payroll, and Vendor payments. Assist with e-invoicing, notices, and government filings.
Requirements:
  • CA / MBA Finance / ACCA / CPA (or equivalent)
  • 2–5 years' experience in Finance & Accounting within a global company
  • Strong exposure to international taxation laws and compliance (US, UK, Canada, and Singapore preferred)
