Oracle Application Operations Engineer

As an Oracle Application Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of large-scale Finance and Global ERP programs. Your expertise will be required to communicate business goals and priorities effectively to cross-functional teams.

  • Support users during their day-to-day activities and lead/support ERP and Simplification projects.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress, estimating and tracking milestones against individual plans.
  • Take ownership and be responsible for statutory, governance initiatives including SOX, Security risk mitigation initiatives, and Internal Security Standards.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • A minimum bachelor's degree with a minimum 7 years of professional experience in the field.
  • Prior experience working on Oracle applications, specifically Buy to Pay area (mainly Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Purchasing).
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL, OAF, Java as technical expertise is necessary.
  • Experience managing cross-functional operations/initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in process design and information discovery efforts.
  • Quickly identify and analyze technical risks and impacts; define alternatives and prioritizations to remove roadblocks.
