Senior Finance Lead

This key position is responsible for driving and guiding critical business projects, overseeing financial analysts across various finance sub-functions and global geographies.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Performance Analysis: Analyze financial results versus budget forecasts, providing insightful analysis into variances and underlying business drivers.
  • Trend Identification: Identify and analyze trends in financial performance, making recommendations for improvement or course correction.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management KPIs and dashboards.
  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with other departments to provide valuable financial insights and support strategic business decisions.
  • Ad-hoc Financial Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and projects as required by senior management.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically requires 10 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
