Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Battery Engineer, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of lithium-ion battery systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to identify and implement methods to maximize battery performance. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues reported in the battery pack.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported in the battery pack
  • Monitor battery health and take action collectively with the CFT team to resolve issues
  • Develop and implement guidelines for battery maintenance activities, including creating SOPs and providing training
  • Record and maintain all records of battery activities
  • Analyze RCA for battery components
  • Identify and implement methods to maximize battery performance
  • Ensure optimal performance and reliability of lithium-ion battery systems
