Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Testing Specialist to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for owning performance testing activities for Oracle EBS modules, designing and executing performance test scripts, analyzing results, and recommending tuning strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts and scenarios based on expected user load and business needs.
  • Analyzing performance test results and identifying root causes of application, database, or infrastructure bottlenecks.
  • Recommending and supporting performance tuning strategies with development and infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, demonstrated hands-on experience in Oracle EBS performance testing, and an in-depth understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and performance characteristics.

Required Skills:

Primary Skills (Must-Have)
  • Strong expertise in performance testing tools.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in Oracle EBS performance testing.
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and performance characteristics.
  • Proven experience with test planning, scripting, execution, and analysis.
  • Skilled in identifying performance issues and proposing effective solutions across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have)
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Familiarity with project management and testing tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance testing, including at least 2 years focused on Oracle EBS.
