Job Description:

A leading product development and product engineering services organisation is seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in strategic accounts and expand market share.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organisations. They will develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities, penetrate new accounts, and drive closures through internal and external channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify IT requirements including staffing in existing and new accounts and drive closures through internal and external channels.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and penetrate new accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organisations.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. They should possess good exposure to current IT needs, trends, and market dynamics across Infra, Apps, and Data. Additionally, they should be a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on customer satisfaction.

What We Offer:
