Job Title: Pre Engineering Building Specialist

We are seeking an experienced PEB specialist to drive the design, detailing, and management of PEB projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Detailing:
    • Develop designs and detailed drawings based on architectural plans, ensuring structural integrity and load capacity.
    • Utilize specialized software like AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, STAAD-PRO, ETABS, and others to create accurate and detailed drawings.
    • Evaluate designs for compliance with building codes and safety standards (e.g., AISC, IS 800).
    • Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the structure's safety and efficiency.
  • Project Management & Execution:
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Oversee and manage on-site erection and installation of PEB structures, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
    • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and project progress.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of PEB systems, structural analysis, steel design, fabrication, and detailing.
    • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Tekla Structures) and structural analysis software (STAAD-PRO, ETABS).
    • Understanding of building codes and standards.
    • Knowledge of material specifications and properties.
    Requirements:
    • 5-10 years of relevant experience in PEB design and detailing.
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
